Testimonials
Troy Luttgeharm, Program Director Louisiana United Methodist Children and Family Services, Inc, Ruston, LA
“We have been using SeginusABC for almost a year now and are very happy that we chose to use this system. SeginusABC closely follows the MST model and has proven to be a real time savings for our clinicians. We were able to fulfill the recent Medicaid chart review conducted by the state Medicaid office accurately and in a timely manner from the information captured in SeginusABC.
Our clinicians, our supervisors and the administrative staff have been very well supported by the SeginusABC team. They are currently helping us automate the upload to the MSTI website, which is going to be another time savings for us.”
Alice Forrester, CEO Clifford Beers Clinic, New Haven, CT
"Seginus is a wonderfully sensitive and customer focused company. SeginusABC is a user friendly product and their support team works closely with us to effectively train staff on the system. We have had good success in creating an electronic health record system that serves both our therapists and clients, as well as preparing our organization to simplify outcome measurements."
Ram Danaboyina, CTO Pacific Clinics, Los Angeles, CA
"SeginusABC, with its easy-to-use rich features, has integrated forms that our funders require with Treatment Plans and Assessments, making our therapists' and their supervisors' lives a lot easier. Service record life-cycle with the various approval steps allows us to track the status of every appointment from its inception to final billing. Comprehensive reporting eliminates guess work. Integration of electronic billing components and outcomes capture are also a major plus."
Susan L. Pribyson, Vice President Community Solutions, Inc., Windsor, CT
"SeginusABC has been a great tool for our therapists, supervisors and billing staff. SeginusABC incorporated the MST analytical process into the fields and forms in the system. The supervisor review workflow keeps all aspects of QA tied to the client record and easily accessible. Having that information at our fingertips makes it easy to observe adherence to MST treatment principles. SeginusABC is a great fit for assuring fidelity to the model."
Betsy Phillips, Ph.D. LCSW Clinical Project Director for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Research, University of Southern California
"SeginusABC is proving to be an invaluable tool for clinical as well as research purposes. The Consumer Outcome Information Network (COIN) is a feature that was developed in partnership with the University of Southern California and the National Institute of Mental Health. SeginusABC has implemented this user-friendly way to track consumer outcomes on a number of variables including self-efficacy, stress management, relationships with family and friends, wellness, and daily activities. Approximately 97% of mental health consumers are able to complete this assessment without the assistance of line staff. Clinicians are then able to access this information to assist them with creating service plans, and to follow the effectiveness of treatment. SeginusABC support staff provide excellent hands-on training and follow-up support."
